From the spacious room on the heights of Suizo to the attentive staff, everything was exceptional. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the room was impeccably clean. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the big bathroom was a luxurious touch. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance for delicious meals. the staff, especially Estefania, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the seamless communication before arrival and the helpful recommendations for dining and exploring the area. the consideration shown when informing us about potential noise disruptions due to nearby renovations was a thoughtful gesture.
